MacArtney UK Ltd seeks: Sales professionals for Technical Field Sales

Due to continuing expansion MacArtney UK Ltd, the Aberdeen based UK operation of the Danish  MacArtney Underwater Technology Group are seeking to expand their field sales team by adding 3 further sales people.

MacArtney UK Ltd is currently the largest group operation outside of Denmark with approximately 45 people employed at their modern 3000m2 Aberdeen facility.  The UK operation handles sales, service and support of the MacArtney Groups wide range of underwater technology products in the UK and Irish markets.  The Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy markets currently represent around 80% of the UK operations annual turnover of approaching £ 18 million.

The sales roles we have open are Aberdeen based however a significant proportion of your time will be spent travelling to meet with customers face to face in the Aberdeen area and throughout the UK and Ireland.  Your role will be to promote the MacArtney Group and the products and services we provide to existing and new clients.  A lot of focus will be on introducing new clients to the company.

You will be able to easily digest the technical detail provided by our clients and be able to propose a suitable technical solution.  You will have confidence talking at all levels within any organisation and be able to tailor your responses to the questions asked and the problems posed.  You will be able to work with the minimum of supervision and will be able to easily understand the requirements of a sales position within a large international group.
