Project Management

At MacArtney we see the deployment and development of project management processes and disciplines within our organization as a key factor in successfully completing projects.

Our good project management methodology - part of our QA-system - provides the framework, processes, guidelines and techniques to manage the people and the workload within projects. This increases the odds of being successful and therefore provides value to our organization and the project as well as to the customer.

At MacArtney we are dedicated to developing and implementing smarter solutions for our costumers. In the Project Management Group we appreciate the fact that the growing complexity and the size of costumer projects calls for our assistance on an early stage in the projects. We thus often participate in pre-award meetings ensuring that the offered system fulfills the exact project requirements. A project manager is appointed at this early stage and will be responsible through out the entire project - from any pre-award meeting to final handing over and acceptance by the costumer. The project manager is the single point of contact.


Any internal as well as costumer related product development is within MacArtney regarded as a project and as such the sole responsibility of a dedicated project manager.

Documentation is an essential part of any project and as such regarded as part of the technical system delivered.
