Subsea Frames
Versatile underwater instrumentation platforms
Subsea frames provide a stable and secure platform for mounting instruments, connectivity solutions, and sensors in underwater monitoring, surveys, and infrastructure.
Designing dedicated frames is part of MacArtney's philosophy of supplying safe, easy-to-handle equipment that provides the client with stable and reliable data.
We supply subsea instrumentation frames or tripods in titanium, stainless steel, or galvanised steel, and we can test them to relevant ILO and EN standards to support underwater infrastructure.
Subsea frames can support a variety of equipment that is customised for your purposes - including:
- Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCPs): Measuring water current velocities
- Hydrophones: Detecting and recording underwater sounds
- Temperature and pressure sensors: Monitoring environmental conditions
- Fluorometers and turbidity sensors: Measuring water clarity and particulate concentration
- Underwater cameras and lights: Enhancing visibility for inspections and surveys
- Cable protection systems, armadillos: Ensuring the integrity of underwater cables
- Environmental monitoring instruments: Tracking changes in marine ecosystems
