POST | First fully electric eLARS system now on its way to Allseas
Proud to see the eLARS no. 1 safely on its way 🤩
For our major project with Allseas, featuring four fully electric eLARS systems, we have now shipped the first electric A-frame and winch from our premises in Bur to Rotterdam.
Allseas is upgrading and future-proofing its ROV operations by replacing existing hydraulic launch-and-recovery systems with the all-electric eLARS system. The systems are for a new fleet of electric, remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) used for survey and construction tasks to depths of 4-6 kilometres.
