Apprenticeship program

At MacArtney Hydraulics, we take education and training very seriously. We know how important this is for our field of work, and we have a long tradition of taking on new apprentices.

The people working in our production must possess skills beyond the average, which offers an excellent environment for learning. Several of our apprentices have received exceptional results in their final exams. Many of our promising apprentices have recently been accepted onto the national Talent Line. At the same time, others have won medals in both regional and national apprenticeship competitions. 

Our apprenticeship program gives young people room to grow and responsibility along the way. By investing in young people's education, we invest in the future.

Since 2003, we have seen more than 52 young people graduate. At present, over 10% of our staff in production are on an apprenticeship.

If you are interested in a position as an industrial technician, we are always happy to hear from you. We evaluate applications on an ongoing basis and regularly call people in for an interview.
